(I was going to wait... but screw it. I want to try this boy out.)

Name: Jim Hawkins
Age: 18
Show/Movie: Treasure Planet
appearance: Jim appears to be a sort of unkempt individual. His hair style is strange to say the very least, right down to the rat tail he keeps most of it in, and his appearance is sort of gangly. His hair is brown and his eyes are blue. Clothing-wise, Jim tends to wear loose clothing (tee-shirts, somewhat ill-fitting jackets... etc) in accordance with his own personal 'dress code'. In short, he's nothing short of an unkempt mess of a teenager.
height: 5'4"
weight: 110 pounds
Personality: Jim is a rebel and very stubborn. He tends to disregard rules in favor of playing by the rules he sets for himself and typically can be viewed as a sort of trouble maker. Due to his 'daddy issues', though, he does have a more sensitive side that can sometimes appear. This is very rare, though, and he only lets it shine through in front of those he really trusts. He has a dark sense of humor as well, and a strong dislike for the police force of Crystal Falls. He does have a kinder side to him, but like his sensitivity this only shines through to those who have earned his trust. He also thinks himself rather cunning, but he's a lot less so than he likes to think. Deep down, Jim does have a good heart. It just takes a lot to make it shine forth for everyone to see.
History: Jim was born in Crystal Falls and raised with his little family. He was a kind boy, but when his father left when he was young Jim grew rebellious. He took to causing trouble quite often for Crystal Falls, though never did fall in with the assassins, and ended up being caught by the police time and time again when he was out doing his thing. Eventually, though, Jim put a stop to what he was doing and made the odd decision of becoming a detective. During his days as a trouble causer, Jim had noticed a strange occurrence among the people of Crystal Falls. People had started to disappear and the crime rate had gone up. He didn't like this, and in his own way he wanted to try and put a stop to it.
He didn't want to join the police department, though. Jim hated the police department of Crystal Falls with all his heart and absolutely refused to work with them. So he threw his hat into the ring of detectives where he could play by his own rules.
What are you: Detective
Sample Post: "Hmm..." Jim crouched down to examine the footprints before him. There was something odd about them, but the teen couldn't put his finger on why that was. Crouching down, he could see the footprints a lot better. Now that he was closer he could definitely see something off about them. The left footprints seemed slightly deeper than those on the right, almost as if whoever had left them had been walking with a limp. Very odd...
"What thief around here walks with a limp?" Jim wondered aloud. He didn't know of any, and the crime appeared to have been put together rather clumsily. It was almost as if the thief was inept or new to the trade. Very, very strange. Who could have taken the money that had disappeared from his house?
