Quote: "Shifu taught you well. But he didn't teach you everything."
Name: Tai-Lung
Alias: The Real Dragon Warrior (Refers to himself as this.)
Gender: Male
Age: Late 30's
Height: 6'8
Weight: 300 lbs.
Physical Appearance: Large and muscular, years of intense training had made Tai-Lung's body built for Kung Fu fighting. Being a Snow Leopard, he naturally has a grey coat that sports black and brown spots. He also has long whiskers that are shaped to represent the human equivalent of a mustache. The only clothing he wears are a brown belt, purple pants and sandals.
Picture:
Personality: Ambitious, dark and cynical is the best to describe Tai-Lung. When faced with a goal or challenge he makes sure that he finishes it, which greatly helped in his career as an assassin. Underneath this, however, Tai-Lung is a disappointed and bitter being, who only wanted to please his Master and make him proud. He doesn't take disappointment well and since becoming an assassin has set up rules for himself, such as not hurting children and only kill his targets, no one else.
History: Tai-Lung was left at the doorsteps of the Jade Palace as an infant cub, where he discovered by a then young adult Master Shifu. Shifu adopted the cub as his own and named him Tai-Lung (Meaning "Great Dragon".) It was one day that Shifu noticed the cub taking interest in Kung Fu. Delighted by this, Shifu began to train Tai-Lung believing he was destined for greatness, and with his impressive Kung Fu skills, could very well be the next Dragon Warrior. Shifu filled Tai-Lung's mind with dreams and ambitions as Tai-Lung did in deed dedicate his entire training into becoming the Dragon Warrior.
Tai-Lung's training lasted well into adulthood, where Shifu took him to see the first Kung Fu master, Master Oogway for judgement to see if he really was ready to be the Dragon Warrior. Oogway, however saw that Ta-Lung wanted to become the Dragon Warrior for ambitious reasons and told him that he could never be the Dragon Warrior. Outraged and disappointed, Ta-Lung began to cause havoc throughout the Valley of Peace, destroying anything in his path. His last destination was the Jade Palace where he returned to kill the one who raised him, Shifu. Shifu, however couldn't bring himself to kill his adoptive son and instead Oogway came to his save and stopped Tai-Lung.
Tai-Lung was then sent to a secluded prison located in the mountains, where he spent twenty years there. He was accidentely re-awakened by one of Shifu's servants after he was sent check up on the prison in hopes he wouldn't escape. The worse did happen and Tai-Lung escaped the prison with ease and was coming back for his revenge. Weeks passed and Tai-Lung had returned for his revenge on his former Master. Shifu did challenge his former student to a match to the death, however after a long and fierce battle, Shifu realized that he trained Tai-Lung far too well. Realizing that those might've been his final moments of life, Shifu apologized to his student as Ta-Lung took a few moments to think about what he had said. In the end however, he just ignored his words and was about to end his life. Thankfully Po, the true Dragon Warrior showed up to challenge him. Thinking it would've been an easy match against the panda, Tai-Lung indeed fought him, but found him a much harder foe than he expected, Po then finished Tai-Lung off with the supposedly deadliest Kung fu move the "Wuxi Finger Hold" and the Valley of Peace was saved.
Unknown to Shifu and Po though, Tai-Lung did survive the attack, but was so humiliated from his defeat that he fled the land and became a wanderer, drifting from place to place. He eventually found himself in Crystal Falls, where he settled down and got a job as an assassin, where he finally put his wasted Kung Fu skills to good use.
Rank: High
Allies: None, but himself
Enemies: Po, Shifu, Master Oogway, The Furious Five
Plans: He might eventually quit being an assassin and realize that he was wrong about his entire way of life. Though if I do decide this, it won't happen for a while.
Sample Post: The man groaned after a swift kick had hit him in his jaw. Now he was lying on the ground, bloody, bruised and beaten.
The snow leopard then bent over and picked up his victim to his face, now cowering with fear. "P-please, let me go. I-I'll give you anything you want j-just please leave m-me alone."
Tai-Lung just stared at the poor man for a few moments, before chuckling. "You know, I could do that," He paused, studying the man's face that seemed filled with relief. "But, I wouldn't being my job then would I?" He questioned playfully as he raised his free paw and extended his claws.
"Y-you heartless bastard!" The victim exclaimed weakly, realizing that this was his end.
"Fool, I'm a killer, I don't have a heart." he smile darkly, ready to kill.
"My heart died a long time ago."
